Karl Storz’s single-use cystoscope sits almost exactly on the Ambu aScope 4 Cysto’s numbers — 16 Fr against 16.2 Fr, the same 6.6 Fr channel, the same 380–390 mm working length — with one meaningful difference: deflection is symmetrical at 210° in both directions, where the Ambu scope gives 210° up and 120° down. As with the FLEX-XC1, the argument for it is the IMAGE1 S platform rather than the scope in isolation.
